Louis XVI's escape

In order to save his wife Marie-Antionette and his children, king Louis XVI disguised himself in an ordinary man and tried to escape from Tuileries Palace on June 21, 1791, where he was held captive. Unfortunately, nothing went according to his plan. This documentary retraces the events which led to and followed the king's attempt of escape.
