In a small town in the West, the fencing master Stassin takes in young gentlemen to teach the art of sword combat. Stassin's beautiful daughter excels in it. She has the reputation of being a provocative young woman, whose beauty is matched only by her pride. Devastated by the loss of a child, the count of Savigny wants to have a sword fight with Claire. Afterwards, a singular fight begins. In the heat of the combat, a devouring passion between two lovers will be born.
