Rebecca is threatened by Pierrick, the school bully. To rescue her, Ernest infects Pierrick with a form of copinosis: from now on, Pierrick is convinced that he is Rebecca's best friend... which at first makes her very uncomfortable, as he is very intrusive. But Rebecca ends up liking her new friend. However, when she makes a mistake, Pierrick takes the blame and Rebecca feels guilty because Pierrick is under the influence of the virus. Rebecca does everything she can to free Pierrick from the grip of copinosis.
