Because the rain is long in coming and the wells are completely dry, the Barbapapas decide to fetch a huge iceberg from the South pole. When they arrive there - they discover a whaler which is hunting a mother whale and her youngster. Barbapapa and Barbamama rush to help the poor beasts. The whale hunters intend to sight an enormous pink whale which they also want to catch.

When Barbabright designs a sail-racing car, everybody decides to design his own car in order to take part in the most sensational motor race. Only Barbalib seems not to be so busy. And when everybody turns up at the start with his creation, Barbalib's attention is completely somewhere else. It is a splendid race, everybody hopes to win but a lot of things go wrong. Who then reaches the finish?

Barbabeau claims that is continuous absence is the fault of the glorious sunset. Barbabravo and Barbazoo don't believe this as it is evident that different items of property in the Barbapapa family keep disappearing. Each time, the thief leaves a poetical note behind, so they check him out.

A beautiful necklace belonging to Barbalib has been stolen, also the telescope belonging to Barbabright and Barbalala's flute. Detective Barbabright assisted by Barbazoo shall set a trap. According to him, the thief must be a genius. But not to worry, they set an ingenious trap and they wait.

Somewhere in a lake there seemed to live a dragon. The whole Barbapapa family plus Cindy and Francois try in vain to uncover the dragon. The Barbapapa children then disguise themselves as a dragon that have never before seen and try to lure the real dragon out. And yes, he at once emerges, but oh, is he shy!

Cindy and Francois go on a trip with their father in an air balloon. The Barbapapa children would also very much like to go but there is no room. Not to worry, we are Barbapapa's after all. So an air balloon is conjured up. Together they sail through the air. The Barbapapa's go much faster and Cindy and Francois get involved in a perilous situation.

Cindy, François and the babies Barbapapa are excited about a night on a deserted island. But the cabin is rudimentary and the storm is approaching.

The “funny little pig” Barbabright found in the jungle is in fact a baby rhinoceros whose humourless father is now chasing them! Fooling the rhinoceros with torero’s tricks, Barbapapa leads him to a tree where its horn stays stuck. Now that it’s calmed down, the Barbapapas can free the rhino, cutting him free.

From their boat, the Barbapapas can look at the flying fish. They join the Devil fish playing around in the water but everybody goes back on the boat when a shark interrupts their games. Continuing their trip, they spot a drowning proboscis monkey. They save him and take him back to his island.

Barking at an impolite Yak, Lolita started an avalanche. The whole family pop out of the snow. Watching them, the unseen Lolita doesn’t understand they move the snow all over looking for her. Barbabravo finally spots her and a dangerous Snow Leopard approaching her ! The Barbapapas chases the Leopard away and Lolita runs back to her master.

A baby bear fell into a crevasse. His overwhelmed with grief mother confuses the hairy Barbabeau with her disappeared cub and kidnaps him. Thinking they have found the missing Barbabeau, The Barbapapa Family takes the cub out of the crevasse instead. Finally, Barbamama and the mother bear will exchange their children.

Making a bridge over the river, The Barbapapa family helps the animals running away from the forest fire. They go back in the fire to bring back the emus’s eggs and to rescue the koalas trapped in the burning trees. Finally, the rain puts out the fire. The forest is saved !

In the Australian trees, the Barbapapa family meet the koalas. Using the flying squirrel’s way of locomotion, the Barbapapa glide from one tree to another but Lolita falls in the river. Barbabravo saves her from the waters where the strange platypus is swimming.

The Barbapapa family meet the kangaroos in Australia. Lolita chase away the dingos which were preparing to attack the baby kangaroos. Lolita was our heroine today !

A mysterious shadow kidnaps Lolita during the night. The only clues are long red hairs the kidnapper left along his way. The Barbapapas follow this track to a clearing where an improvised jungle circus of orang-utans is making an acrobatic demonstration. The Barbapapas decide to add their own attraction to the show.

Heavy rain surprises Barbamama in the city. Barbamama transforms into a huge umbrella and offers protection to the city's residents.

The Barbapapas meet the llamas and the alpacas. Then they continue their travel by train. Barbalib watches the condors but Barbabravo, always hungry, is more interested in a banana tree. They stop near a lake to study the flamingos. But you can catch cold standing in the water. Don’t worry ! Barbamama knitted beautiful ponchos for everyone out of the alpacas’ nice wool.

Disguised in cactus, the Barbapapas can see the cute Viscaches coming out of their holes. They climb back on the train to continue their trip but riding in the Andes mountains can be very dangerous. Changing himself into a bridge, Barbapapa prevents the train from falling over the cliff and stops it, saving the llamas standing on the tracks.

Running after the baby cassowaries, Lolita discovers that they have a very big mother. she runs away, heading for the beach where the green turtles come to lay their eggs. On the beach, the Barbapapas discover that the baby turtles are coming out ! To help the babies arriving safely to the sea, they make a Barba-tunnel to protect them from the hungry seagulls.

After looking at the delightful birds of paradise dancing, the Barbapapas have a nap in a clearing. When they wake up, some of their propertie has disappeared. Barbabravo is looking for the mysterious thief. Can it be a ferocious cannibal? No. The small hut where he finds the stolen objects is the house of a bower-bird !

The barbababies go studying the animals of the forest. They didn’t find any animals, but the animals did find their picnic basket ! It wasn’t Barbabravo who ate everything after all.

The Barbababies want to do documentaries about wild animals like the ones they see on TV. Africa being too far, they will start with the animals of the farm. There are no lions nor elephant, but it can be dangerous too !

Barbazoo, out in the woods, surprises a tiny squirrel collecting nuts for the winter.

The famous Professor Panda gives a lecture about the animals who cheated by destruction. During this lecture, alarming news comes in, that there is a terrible forest fire raging in Africa. Together, with Professor Panda, the Barbapapa's rapidly help the needy animals. Just in the nick of time, the fire is put out, thanks to a spectacular Barbatrick.

Barbazoo is completely in his element tending the goats. He also makes delicious goats cheese that suddenly disappears in a mysterious manner. Again a monster. It can't be anything else. Barbabeau and Barbalala also become victims of the fancied monster. The whole family swiftly help only to discover that the monster is nothing else but a good dog.

Animated children's series following the adventures of Zak Jinks who, alongside his best friends, embarks on mischievous escapades and prank-filled activities. Zak is an eight-year-old boy with a mind full of mad ideas and, with the help of his best friends, he puts his plans into action, causing considerable laughs for the group of pals. Although his ideas may be mischievous, Zak is a lovable young boy on the right track; sometimes he's just unfortunate to get caught! The original series is titled Anatole Latuile, and is a French animation.

Barbapapa and Barbamama take the children to school, but, oh dear, at schoom there reighs a terrible disturbance. The children are making an awful chaos, even the police don't know what to do, but Barbabelle does. And the Barbapapa's transform themselves into all sorts of wonderful musical instruments and Barbapapa takes all the enthusiastic children with him.

Alice becomes one year old and the whole Barbapapa family arranges a pleasant party. The Barbapapa children play trampoline on Barbapapa's trampoline-stomach, Barbamama bakes cakes and the children help, now and again helping themselves to the mixture, but in the end a big cakeis placed on the table and they celebrate Alice's birthday.

The postman has greatest difficulty in telling all nine houses, belonging to the Barbapapa's apart. But what do you expect if you're short-sighted? But the Barbapapa's again find a solution, and the posting of letters becomes a pleasure and quite a treat for the eyes of postman Pig.

Barbazoo is the vet from the large zoo. Together with his sister, nurse Barbalala, he does his work capable.

The whole Barbapapa family go to the circus with their friends, but, how is it possible? The big top is empty, nobody. No problem.

The baby continues to cry. He is hungry. Everybody is immediately busy making a delicious porridge for the baby. But first, the milk fresh from the cow, has to be boiled to kill all germs. Fruit from the garden is also good for the baby. There is no end. They invent all kinds of barbatricks in order to make the food ready for the baby. The Barbapapa's always have a solution.

The whole Barbapapa family find themselves in the far north of Canada. Everybody is enjoying the snow-coverd landscape and the children are having a marvelous time on the ice. That is until Barbalib discovers a wounded rabbit and a cruel trap which is used to catch this lovely animal. Two scoundrel poachers attempt to make a big score but Barbapapa's don't take it lying down!

Barbapapa is on holiday is Mexico. He has taken Cindy and Francois with him. Everywhere he goes people recognize him and he is received in state. During a sight-seeing tour of the country a little mexican boy acting as a guide, tells him of the sad legend about Aztec prince and princess. They also visit the famous Aztec pyramids. Barbapapa takes action in rescuing a group of Mexican farmers whom in a ferry boat are in danger of drowning. All sorts of things happen.

Barbapapa goes along to watch a bull fight. But that is so cruel what they do to the poor bull. Wait though! And Barbapapa, thanks to a couple of barbatricks, raises the whole arena on stilts to great distress of the ridiculous bull fighters and to the grat joy of the cheering public.

Barbalib is very proud of her new money box. She shows it to everybody. But how sorry she is when her money box vanishes without trace. Barbabravo again plays the role of detective, this time assisted by Barbazoo. Barbabright and Barbabeau, who keep buying icecreams are very much suspected. But no, they are tottaly innocent because the absent-minded Barbalib had placed a real piglet on her bedside table and he had walked away, back to his mother.

Earth has become nice and clean again. The Barbapapa family and all the animals decide that they can come back.

Life on earth became too difficult for the animals. Barbapapa and his family built a rocket shaped ark and go away with them to another planet.

The barbapapas are having a picnic near the river. The fishermen make a sudden appearance.

The hunters approach the Barbapapa refuge. Barbapapa and his family change shape and scare them away.

The Barbapapas and their friends have a walk in the mountains. An Eagle steals their Picnic basket.
