A crime was committed in a small, quiet town in the United States. The victim was a young stripper named Pamela Rose. She was found murdered in a hotel room in Bornsville. The investigation is entrusted to two clumsy FBI agents, Bullit and Riper, who are forced to collaborate, even though their working methods and moral values considerably differ.
