Super cop Borowitz is sent to Nice to infiltrate the local underworld and destroy two rival gangs by pitting them against each other. He will have his work cut out for him, since he must also curb the romantic impulses of a novelist, keep an eye on her daughter Charlotte and avoid the traps of dirty detectives.
