Marie, a problematic daughter of a Parisian CEO, Alexandre Bens, was having a vacation in Mexico when she got kidnapped. Even though her father had hired a private detective Campana to find her, after several months of research there was still no trace. Meanwhile, Meyer, the psychologist at Alexandre's company, advised him to hire additional help. This is how François Perrin, a clumsy bookkeeper, joins Campana and leaves for Mexico.
