François Hollande has just been elected for the Head of State. He takes his first steps as the President of the Republic under the watchful eye of Patrick Rotman's camera. Patrick follows him daily for a year, during official photoshoots or in full exchange with his advisers. With a stripped-down staging, the film penetrates and reveals the heart of the Élysée Palace.
