Francois Perrin is once again a target of the French Secret Services. Captain Cambrai remains convinced that Colonel Toulouse has set up Francois. In order to prove his innocence and that Colonel Toulouse is truly the one who has liquidated deputy Milan, Captain seeks to find evidence that "the Grand Blond" was never a spy.
